🔍 IF SOMETHING DOESN’T WORK:

Email us at refund@promptjinny.com Show us the exact prompt used,

your inputs in the prompt, the output of the prompt, and the AI platform, and the configuration you used.

We will manually optimize the prompt for your specific use case OR issue a complete refund within 7 days.

⚡ IMPORTANT NOTE ON PROCESSING:

All refunds are initiated through our Merchant of Record (Gumroad) and are subject to network settlement guidelines.

I changed my mind / Buyer’s remorse.
I do not use AI tools (prompts require ChatGPT or Claude).
Requests submitted after 7 days from the initial purchase timestamp.
Bulk consumption (Downloading or copying the entire bundle layout).
Unverified claims, without testing a maximum of 3 prompts, you must provide the exact inputs used for a maximum of 3 prompts and the output you got.
