By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Prompt Jinny product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

1. Use License & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and prompt packs available on the Site are the intellectual property of Prompt Jinny. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the prompt packs strictly for your personal or internal business operations.

Under this license, you may not:

Modify, copy, reproduce, or resell the prompt structures or materials as your own standalone products.
Use the materials for any public commercial display where the prompt itself is the product being showcased.
Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and may be terminated by Prompt Jinny at any time.

2. Digital Products and Services

Prompt Jinny provides digital prompt packs, templates, e-books, and guides. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price for the digital goods. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, they are subject to our specific Refund Policy, which you must review prior to purchasing.

2.1 What We Sell:

Prompt Jinny sells digital AI prompt packs (“Products“) — downloadable PDF documents containing pre-engineered prompts designed for use with third-party AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT and Claude).

2.2 Digital Delivery: All Products are delivered digitally via:

→ Digital download through Lemon Squeezy
→ Direct download from promptjinny.com

No physical products are shipped.

2.3 Product Tiers: Our Products are offered in multiple tiers:

→ Free Starter Kit (no charge)
→ Essential Pack (paid — see pricing at time of purchase)
→ Complete System (paid — see pricing at time of purchase)

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

3. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

3.1 What You CAN Do: Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

→ Use the prompts in the purchased pack for your own business operations
→ Generate AI outputs using our prompts for commercial use in your business
→ Use AI-generated outputs (emails, quotes, documents, social posts, etc.) freely in your business — you own the outputs
→ Modify the prompts for your personal business use
→ Print the PDF for your personal reference
→ Use the prompts for client work if you are a virtual assistant, consultant, or agency — the generated outputs are yours to use for your clients

3.2 What You CANNOT Do:
You may NOT:

→ Resell, redistribute, or share the prompt pack PDF (or its contents) with anyone
→ Upload the prompts to any p→ Claim authorship of the prompt text itselfublic website, forum, marketplace, or sharing platform
→ Include our prompts in your own products for sale (prompt packs, courses, ebooks, templates, or any compiled work)
→ Share your download link with others
→ Purchase one copy and distribute it to multiple team members (each user needs their own license)
→ Use our prompts to create competing prompt pack products

3.3 Team and Multi-User Licensing:

Each purchase is a single-user license. If multiple team members need access, each person requires their own purchase.

3.4 Intellectual Property:

The prompt text, pack structures, frameworks, and systems are the intellectual property of Prompt Jinny and are protected by copyright law.

The AI-generated OUTPUTS created by using our prompts with your business data belong to you and can be used commercially without restriction.

In simple terms: The recipe is ours. The meal is yours.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing:

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right
to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through:

→ Gumroad (gumroad.com) (via our website)
→ Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) (via our website)

We do not directly handle, store, or have access to your full payment card information. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.

4.3 Discount Codes: Discount codes are subject to the following:

→ One discount code per purchase unless otherwise stated
→ Discount codes cannot be combined
→ Codes may have expiration dates and usage limits
→ We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any discount code
→ Misuse of discount codes (sharing codes intended for specific customers, using codes fraudulently) may result in
order cancellation

4.4 Upgrade Pricing:

Essential Pack buyers may upgrade to the Complete System at a reduced price (the difference between the two tiers). Upgrade pricing is subject to the terms communicated at the time of the upgrade offer.

5. REFUND AND SATISFACTION POLICY

5.1 Our Guarantee:

We stand behind the quality of our prompt packs. If our prompts do not produce useful output despite following
the provided instructions, we will make it right.

5.2 How to Request Support or a Refund:

Within 7 days of purchase, you may email us at info@promptjinny.com with:

→ Your order number or purchase email
→ The specific prompt number you used
→ A description or screenshot of the input you gave and the output you received
→ What you expected instead

We will either:

→ Help you get the correct output (often the issue is input-related and easily fixable), OR
→ Issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the issue

5.3 Refund Limitations: Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

→ Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after download
→ Failure to use the product (not having tried the prompts)
→ Incompatibility with AI tools you choose not to access (our prompts work with free versions of ChatGPT and Claude)
→ Requests made after 7 days of purchase
→ 3 Prompts must be used before raising a refund request
→ Disagreements with the content, approach, or strategies presented in the prompts

5.4 Chargebacks:

We respectfully ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We respond within 24 hours and genuinely want to resolve any concerns.

Fraudulent chargebacks (where the product was successfully delivered and used) may be disputed with evidence of delivery.

5.5 Free Products:

Free starter kits require an email address for delivery. No payment is processed for free products, and therefore, no refund is applicable.

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM

6.1 How It Works:

Customers who purchase a paid product may receive a personal referral code.When someone uses your referral code to make a paid purchase, you earn a referral reward.

6.2 Referral Rewards: Rewards are tier-matched:

→ If your referral purchases an Essential Pack, you receive a free Essential Pack of your choice (any industry) or equivalent store credit
→ If your referral purchases a Complete System, you receive a free Complete System of your choice (any industry) or equivalent store credit

6.3 Referral Rules:

→ Free product downloads do not qualify for referral rewards
→ Referral rewards are for personal use only and may not be resold
→ Self-referrals (referring yourself with a different email) are not permitted and will not be honored
→ We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
→ Referral rewards are delivered within 48 hours of the qualifying purchase
→ There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make

6.4 Referral Abuse: We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards and/or terminate referral privileges if we detect:

→ Self-referral schemes
→ Fraudulent purchases for the purpose of earning rewards
→ Organized referral abuse
→ Reselling of referral rewards

7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

7.1 Transactional Emails: By purchasing a product, you will receive transactional emails including:

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our products are designed for use with third-party AI services including ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic).

We are not responsible for:

→ The terms of service or privacy practices of these platforms
→ AI output quality, which is determined by the third-party AI model
→ Account issues you may have with these platforms

Your use of ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI tool is governed by their respective terms of service, which we encourage you to review.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

10.1 Prompt Jinny provides products “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

→ Fitness for a particular purpose
→ Accuracy or completeness of AI outputs
→ Non-infringement

10.2 In no event shall Prompt Jinny be liable for any:

→ Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
→ Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
→ Business interruption
→ Cost of substitute products or services
→ Any damages arising from your use of AI-generated outputs

10.3 Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Jinny and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

→ Any third-party claim related to content you created using our prompts

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

12.1 Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern:

→ If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law

12.3 International Customers:

For customers in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia: nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

Generating content with AI is subject to the limitations of the AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), including potential factual errors or “hallucinations.”

17. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Prompt Jinny or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Prompt Jinny’s website, even if Prompt Jinny or a Prompt Jinny authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
